President Vickie Osborn CPS/CAP has been a member of IAAP since 1992 and has served in various capacities. She completed her term on the Texas-Louisiana Division Board in 2005, after serving as secretary, president elect, and president. She is employed by Oracle Corporation as senior administrative assistant to the Consulting Vice Presidents of the Retail Global Business Unit and is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Business Administration. She earned her Certified Professional Secretary and Certified Administrative Professional certifications. Vickie and her husband Robert have a blended family of two sons, four daughters, three grandchildren, three goats, three dachsunds, two beagles, two sugargliders, and five cats. They are very active in their church. They also own and operate Our House in the Country, a scrapbooking retreat and bed and breakfast. |

Vice President Terry Merriman is “retired,” but she is using the skills she obtained through her years in the administrative career field to serve others in a volunteer position at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital. Terry has been president of Tyler Chapter several times, as well as having served as Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. She has also served on many chapter and division committees. Terry has attended nine past International Annual Meetings and many Division Annual Meetings. Terry and her husband have two children and five grandchildren. They are active in their church and in the Gideons organization. |

Treasurer Barbara Wyatt CPS/CAP joined IAAP in October 1988 and earned her CPS rating in 1997 and CAP in 2001. As a member of Tyler Chapter, she has served as president, vice president, and chairman of numerous committees. She was selected Tyler Chapter Secretary of the Year in 1989. Barbara has attended almost every Texas-Louisiana Division Annual Meeting since 1990 and served as the 1994 annual meeting coordinator. From 1990 to 1992 she served as a member of the T-L Division Membership Committee and was chairman from 1994-1993, and she also served on the Texas-Louisiana Board as Secretary, Vice President, President Elect, and President.
Barbara received a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences degree and a Master of Science degree from The University of Texas at Tyler. She is a Certified Notary Public for the State of Texas. She served as secretary for the Department of Technology at UT-Tyler from 1993 until her retirement in 2004. She currently serves as church secretary at Crossroads Church. |

Lisa Dancer has been a member of IAAP since 2009 and is currently preparing to take the CAP exam. She is employed by Express Employment Professionals as Executive Assistant to the owner here in Tyler. She has over 16 years experience as an Administrative Professional. Lisa and her husband, David, have two grown sons and recently relocated from their home state of Arkansas to Texas in 2008. |
